ROBERT “BOB” FOSTER, 86, of Shenandoah, formerly of Atlantic died Monday, November 29, 2021 at the Montgomery County Memorial Hospital in Red Oak.  A Celebration of Life Memorial Service for ROBERT “BOB” FOSTER will be held on Thursday, December 2, 2021 at 11:00 a.m. at the First United Methodist Church in Shenandoah.  Hackett-Livingston Funeral Home of Shenandoah is assisting the family.
