LEO “Lee” D. BUELT, JR., 67, of Exira, died Tuesday, June 15, 2021, in rural Adair. A Celebration of Life Memorial Mass of LEO “LEE” BUELT, JR. will be held 10:30-a.m. Friday JUNE25th, at the Holy Trinity Catholic Church, in Exira. Kessler Funeral Home in Exira has the arrangements.

Family visitation will be held at the funeral home on Thursday, June 24th, from 5-until 7-p.m.

His sons – Austin Buelt (& his significant other, Amber Smith), of Ames; & Brandon Buelt, of Manville, WY.

His daughter – Carrie (Steven) Hayward, of Atlantic.

His mother – Leone Buelt, of Carroll.

His sisters – Kay Davis, and Rosie (Rod) Wiederin.

His brother – Bob (Joan) Buelt.

5 grandchildren, his friend & former spouse, Merrie Ann (Rick) Sloth, of Elk Horn, other relatives & friends.
