Funeral services for PHYLLIS WIESE will be held 7-p.m. Monday, Feb. 15th, at the First Presbyterian Church in Manning. Visitation at the First Presbyterian Church in Manning is on Monday, from 5-until 7-p.m.

Burial is in the Manning Cemetery.
