RAYMOND “Tom” LINGLE, 69, of Manilla, died Thursday, Dec. 17th, at home.  A celebration of Life with the public for RAYMOND “Tom” LINGLE will be held in the spring of 2021.  Ohde Funeral Home in Manilla has the arrangements.
