73-year-old Carson man robbed in C.Bluffs casino garage

Police in Council Bluffs are asking for your help in solving a robbery that allegedly took place in the Horseshoe Casino parking garage, Sunday morning. According to the report, officers responded at around 9:30-a.m. to the casino at 2701 23rd Avenue, and spoke with the 73-year-old victim, Gary Goodman, of Carson. He told police that as he was exiting his vehicle, a white male in his mid-to late 30’s approached him. The suspect displayed a semi-automatic handgun and demanded that Goodman give him his wallet.
After a brief struggle, the suspect left the area in a silver 2016-17 Nissan Altima, with after-market rims/tires which was being driven by a female.

The suspect was wearing jeans, black hooded sweatshirt, black mask and white Nike Shox shoes. During the struggle one of the suspect’s shoes came off.
