SCOT RICHARD JENSEN, 63, of Carroll died Wednesday, September 16th at St. Anthony Regional Hospital in Carroll.  A graveside service for SCOT RICHARD JENSEN will be held on Tuesday, September 22nd at 11:00 A.M. at Maple Grove Cemetery in Audubon.  Dahn and Woodhouse Funeral Home in Carroll  is handling the arrangements.
