JOAN BAUER, 86, of Manilla, died Saturday, Sept. 26th, at Methodist Hospital in Omaha. A Mass of Christian Burial for JOAN BAUER will be held 1-p.m. Wed., Sept. 30th, at the Sacred Heart Church in Manilla. Ohde Funeral Home in Manilla has the arrangements.

Friends may call at the funeral home on Tue., Sept. 29th, from 4-until 7-p.m., with a Rosary a 6-p.m.; Visitation will resume at Noon on Wednesday, at Sacred Heart Church.

Burial is in the Mount Olivet Cemetery near Manilla.

Her daughters – Mary Underwood, of Denison; Sheila (Jim) Sleister, of West Burlington; Cathy (Steve) Pfannkuch, of Manning; Barb (Pete) Rasmussen, of Irwin; Pat (Gary) Palmer, of Manilla, and Ann (Bill) Lockwood, of Savannah, MO.

Her sons – Mike (Billie) Bauer, of Manilla; and Mark (Rita) Bauer, of Seattle, WA.

Her brothers – Jim Drees, and Dean Drees, both of Manning.

15 grandchildren and 37 great-grandchildren.
