Big 12 Commissioner Bob Bowlsby held a press conference on Wednesday morning and stated the conference intends to proceed with a fall sports season.

Bowlsby was quoted as saying “Ultimately, our student-athletes have indicated their desire to compete in the sports they love this season and it is up to all of us to deliver a safe, medically sound, and structured academic and athletic environment for accomplishing that outcome.”

The conference also released a revised conference football schedule with play set to begin on September 26th. Member schools will be allowed to schedule 1 non-conference game that must be completed prior to September 26th. Check out the conference schedule in graphic below.
