WADE YORK SAMS, 71, of Stuart died Thursday, July 9th at Iowa Methodist Medical Hospital in Des Moines. Funeral services for WADE YORK SAMS will be held 10-a.m. Monday, July 13th, at the Johnson Family Funeral Home in Stuart.

Burial will follow services in the Oakwood Cemetery with full Military Honors.
