MICHAEL E. DWYER, 71, of Bella Vista, Arkansas (formerly of Richland Township, Adair County, IA), died Saturday, July 11th, at Mercy Hospital in Rogers, Arkansas. Memorial services for MICHAEL DWYER will be held 10-a.m. Thursday, July 16th, at the Bella Vista Lutheran Church in Arkansas. A graveside service will be held 10-a.m. Saturday, July 18th, at Fontanelle Cemetery, in Fontanelle (IA). Steen Funeral Home in Fontanelle is in charge of the arrangements. Due to COVID-19, Social Distancing will be practiced and the family encourages you to bring a lawn chair to the graveside service.
