Police in Red Oak report the arrest at around 7:20-p.m. Friday, of 45-year old Terry J. Aherns, from Red Oak. Aherns was arrested in the 2400 block of N. 8th Street, on a valid warrant for Criminal Mischief in the 4th degree (a serious misdemeanor). He was being held in the Montgomery County Jail on $1,000 bond.
