JOHN ANDERSEN, 81, of Atlantic, died Wed., Feb. 19th, at the University of Nebraska Medical Center in Omaha. Memorial services for JOHN ANDERSEN will be held 2-p.m. Sunday, Feb. 23rd, at the Elk Horn Lutheran Church, in Elk Horn. Hockenberry Family Care Funeral Home in Atlantic has the arrangements.

Visitation with the family is from Noon until 2-p.m. Saturday, Feb. 22nd, at the Funeral home.

Burial is in the Elk Horn Lutheran Cemetery at a later date.

Memorials may be directed to the Atlantic Food Pantry or a local Animal Shelter.

His Wife: Sue Andersen of Atlantic.

His sons – Dean Andersen, of Columbia, MO; Michael (Sarah) Andersen, of Atlantic.

His daughter – Jani (Chris) Harrington, of Phoenix, AZ.

His step-daughters: Julie (David) Miller, and Brooke (Brett) Krahn, of Centerton, AR; April (Jim) Forsythe, of San Rafael, CA.

His brothers – Lee (Daisy) Andersen, of Enterprise, AL; and Roy (Lovie) Andersen, of North Liberty.

His sister – Patricia Andersen, of Jupiter, FL.

His half-brothers: David (Sharon) Andersen, and Ronald (Mary) Andersen, all from Omaha…….His half-sister: Debra Andersen, of Omaha.

His Step-sister: Sheila Shutt, of Omaha.

14 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren; His brother-in-law: Scott (Bonnie) Morton, of Charlottesville, VA.
