JAY DEE MENDENHALL, 91, of Lone Tree (IA) [& formerly of Audubon], died Feb. 8th, at Pioneer Park Care Center, in Lone Tree. Funeral services for JAY DEE MENDENHALL will be held 11-a.m. Monday, Feb. 24th, at the First Presbyterian Church in Audubon, followed by a luncheon at the church. Kessler Funeral Home in Audubon has the arrangements.

The family will meet with friends Monday morning, February 24, 2020, from 9:30 A.M. until the time of the service at the First Presbyterian Church in Audubon.

Interment will be in the Arlington Heights Cemetery in Audubon.

As an expression of sympathy memorials may be made to the Audubon Lions Club, Audubon First Presbyterian Church, or the charity of their choice.

His wife – Peggy Mendenhall, of Lone Tree.

His sons – Jay Dee, (Diana) Mendenhall, II, and Ned (Johnie McMahon) Mendenhall, all from Iowa City.

His daughter – Heidi (Steve) Pollard, of Marshall, MO.

His sister – Patricia (David) Sorensen, of Atlantic.

6 grandchildren,  1 great-grandchild; his sister-in-law, other relatives and friends.
