EARNIE KOPASKA, 92, of Dexter, died Friday, February 14th, at the Mercy Medical Center in Des Moines.  Funeral services for EARNIE KOPASKA will be held 10-a.m. Tuesday, Feb. 18th, at the First Presbyterian Church in Dexter. Steen Funeral Home in Greenfield has the arrangements.

The family will greet friends on Monday, February 17th, 2020, from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at the First Presbyterian Church in Dexter.; Online condolences may be left to the family at www.steenfunerals.com.

Burial is in the Dexter Cemetery.  Full military graveside rites will be conducted by Stuart American Legion Post No. 146.  A luncheon will be held at the church following the services at the cemetery.

Memorials may be made to the Earnie Kopaska memorial fund to be established by the family.

His wife – Dorothy Kopaska, of Dexter.

His children – Carroll Kopaska (and wife Belinda), and Colleen (Tim) Stiles all of Dexter; Bill (Lynn) Kopaska, of Stuart, and Karen (Joe) Costanzo, of West Des Moines.

His brother – Joe Kopaska, of Guthrie Center.

His sister – Rosella (Bob) Sheler, of Seattle, WA.

14 grandchildren; 33 great grandchildren; other relatives and friends.
