…Quick Burst of Snow and Wind Will Cause Hazardous Road Conditions This Morning…
.A band of snowfall and strong wind gusts will spur a rapid change in weather conditions across central Iowa over the next few hours. Expect brief moderate to heavy snowfall and winds gusting in excess of 35 to 45 mph, which may create near-blizzard conditions at times in some areas. Travelers should be alert for quickly deteriorating road conditions. The short duration of the snowfall will limit accumulations.
