The Kansas City Chiefs are without two of their leading rushers for their showdown against the New England Patriots. The Chiefs placed Darrel Williams on IR with a pulled hamstring and Damien Williams is inactive with a hamstring injury. The Chiefs have plenty of options in the rematch of last year’s AFC title game. Those include LeSean McCoy, Darwin Thompson and Spencer Ware.
