The Taylor County Sheriff’s Office says a man from Adams County was arrested Sunday morning. Brian Fitzgerald, of Prescott,was arrested in the 1200 block of Tennessee Ave., on a charge of OWI/1st offense. He was being held at the Taylor County Jail on a $1,000 cash bond.
