RICHARD NISSEN, 83, of Atlantic, died Tuesday, Oct. 15th, at the Sanford Senior Care, in Sheldon. Funeral services for RICHARD NISSEN will be held 1-p.m. Friday, Oct. 18th, at St. Paul’s Lutheran Church, in Atlantic. Roland Funeral Home in Atlantic has the arrangements.

A private family burial will be held in the Atlantic Cemetery.
