The Harlan Police Department reports three people were arrested, and four others were cited, between Sept. 24th and Oct. 6th. 30-year old Joshua James Dyer, of Harlan, was arrested Sept. 24th, following a traffic stop. Dyer was transported to the Shelby County Jail where he was charged with no valid driver license, possession with intent to deliver, and possession of drug paraphernalia.

On September 25th, 27-year old Dillen Brandyn Lee Hatcher, of Harlan, was arrested on a warrant. Hatcher was transported to the Shelby County Jail where he was charged with sexual abuse 2nd degree.

On October 4th, 51-year old Jerry Ray Young, Jr,of Harlan, was arrested following a traffic stop. Young Jr was transported to the Shelby County Jail where he was charged with operating while intoxicated and no valid license.

On October 2nd, 21-year old Joslynn Nicole Johnston, of Harlan, was cited following a traffic stop for driving with out a valid license and possession of drug paraphernalia. On Oct. 4th. 48-year old Sandy Paullline Coburn, of Harlan, was cited for driving while suspended following a traffic stop.

October 5th, 24-year old Austin Michael Parker, of Harlan, was cited for driving while suspended following a traffic stop. And on October 6th, 51-year old Brian Allen Sorensen, of Harlan, was cited for trespass and theft 5th following a call for service.
