Cass County Supervisors to hold hearing on disposal of County-owned property in Cumberland

The Cass County Board of Supervisors are set to hold a hearing during their meeting Tuesday morning, on the disposal of County-owned real property in Cumberland (Lot 3, Bakers Addition). Following the hearing, the Board will act on disposal of the Lot and hold an auction to sell the land. In other business, the Board will act on a Resolution to enter into a 28-E (Cost sharing)  agreement for Iowa Precinct Atlas Consortium (use of Precinct Atlas computer software programs, related software and hardware components).

They’ll also act on the assignment of a Tax Sale Certificate to the City of Atlantic, that part of Lot 1 Block 120, north and east of Bull Creek. The Board meeting begins at 9-a.m. in the Supervisor’s Board Room at the Cass County Courthouse.
