RUTH McKINSTREY, 85, of Harlan, died Monday, Aug. 26, at the Elm Crest Retirement Community, in Harlan. Funeral services for RUTH McKINSTREY will be held 11-a.m. Saturday, Sept. 7th at the Pauley-Jones Funeral Home in Harlan.

Visitation at the funeral home is from 10-until 11-a.m. Sept. 7th.
