Mills County Sheriff’s report (8/12/19) – 10 arrests

The Mills County Sheriff’s Office, Monday, provided a list of arrests dating back to July 31st. Most recently:

  • On Sunday, Aug. 11, 25-year old Aime Carol Germer-King, of Ralston, NE., was arrested following a traffic stop at around 6:30-p.m. on Highway 34. She was charged with OWI/1st offense, and three counts of Child Endangerment. Bond was set at $7,000.
  • On Saturday, Aug. 10, 22-year old Cody Lynn Powell, of Farragut, was arrested at Highway 275/Rains Avenue, for two counts of Possession of a Controlled Substance, and Driving Under Suspension. His bond was set at $2,300.
  • Arrested Friday, Aug. 9th, at 44-year old Shawn Bernard Studey, of Shenandoah. He was taken into custody at the Mills County Sheriff’s Office (S/O), on a warrant for Probation Violation. Bond $1,000.
  • On Aug. 8th, 44-year old Joshua Mitchell Arban, of Auburn, NE., was arrested at the Mills County S/O on a warrant for OWI/1st offense. He was being held without bond.
  • On Aug. 6th, 19-year old Gage Matthew Bothwell, of Council Bluffs, was arrested at the Mills County S/O on a warrant for OWI/1st offense. Bond $1,000.
  • Aug 5th, Mills County Deputies arrested 26-year old Ivan Lozano, of Council Bluffs, for Driving While Barred. Bond $2,000.
  • Aug. 4th, Deputies arrested 29-year old Cally Marie Schooley, of Henderson, for calling 9-1-1 about a non-emergency. Bond $300.
  • There were two separate arrests August 2nd in Mills County: 37-year old Brandy Nickole Clark, of Glenwood, was arrested at the Mills County S/O, on a Probation Violation warrant (Bond $2,000); and 37-year old Gavin Brooks Blasi, of Borger, TX, was arrested for Criminal Mischief in the 3rd Degree and Public Intoxication. (Bond $2,300).
  • And, on July 31st, 32-year old Kristen Michelle Kermeen, of Glenwood, was arrested on a Pottawattamie County warrant for Failure to Appear on a charge of Driving While Barred. Kermeen was being held without bond in the Mills County Jail.
