SHIRLEY RENIE FAGAN, 59, of Urbandale (& formerly of Adair), died Sunday, July 28th, at Mercy Medical Center, in Des Moines. A Memorial Mass for SHIRLEY FAGAN will be held 11-a.m. Friday, August 2nd, at the St. John Catholic Church in Adair. Hockenberry Funeral Home in Adair has the arrangements.

Visitation with the family will be held from 5-until 7-p.m. Thursday, August 2nd, at the funeral home with a Prayer service at 7-p.m.; Online condolences may be left to the family at www.hockenberryfamilycare.com.

Burial will be in the St. John Catholic Cemetery.
