(Corrects day of arrests) Four people were arrested Tuesday in Pottawattamie County, and there were a couple of prisoner transfers-in from other agencies. Authorities said Wednesday that a traffic stop on Interstate 29 just south of mile marker 55, Tuesday night, resulted in the arrest of two people. 28-year old Kelly Ann Wagman, of Omaha, was arrested at around 11:50-p.m., for OWI/1st offense. Her passenger, 27-year old Abraham Josue Sanchez, also of Omaha, was arrested for Violation of a No Contact/Protective Order. Sanchez was being held in the Pott. County Jail on a $1,000 bond related to an assault charge.

At around 8:50-p.m. Tuesday, an investigation into an accident resulted in the arrest of 21-year old Steven Thomas Richardson, on a charge of OWI/1st offense. Tuesday morning, 22-year old Gregory Sebastion Williams-Stockinger, of Council Bluffs, was arrested at the Pottawattamie County Courthouse, on a Pott. County warrant for Violation of Probation. 46-year old Brenton Guy Parsons, of Pisgah, was transported to the Pott. County Jail from the jail in Harrison County. Parsons was wanted on a warrant for Driving While Barred/Habitual Offender. His bond was set at $2,000.

And, 43-year old Marion May Wright was transported Tuesday from the Douglas County, Nebraska Jail to Pottawattamie County, to address a warrant for Probation Violation.
