HELEN MILLER, 85, of Harlan, died Monday, July 8th, at Myrtue Medical Center in Harlan. A Mass of Christian Burial for HELEN MILLER will be held 11-a.m. Wed., July 10th, at St. Mary Our Lady of Fatima Church in Portsmouth. Pauley-Jones Funeral Home in Harlan has the arrangements.

The family will greet friends at St. Mary’s on Tuesday, July 9th, from 5-until 8-p.m, with a Rosary at 7-p.m.

Burial will be in St. Mary’s Cemetery at Portsmouth.

Her daughters – Kathy (Bryan) Sanford, of Des Moines; Bev (Dan) Schwery, of Westphalia; Marge (Steve) Denton, of Avoca; Mary (Dennis) Pauley, of Panama, & Amy (Jed) Jensen, of Woodbine.

Her sons – Randy (Becky) Miller, Dave (Lisa Schwery) Miller, Joe (Vicki) Miller, and Larry (Cindy) Miller, all of Portsmouth.

Her sisters – Frankie (Raymond) Anastasi, and Theresa Blum, all of Harlan.

Her brothers – Nick Springman, Jr, of Portsmouth, and Don Springman, of Harlan.

27 grandchildren, 29 great-grandchildren, 3 great-great grandchildren, and her sister-in-law Arlene Springman, of Portsmouth.
