The Cass County Sheriff’s Office reports an Atlantic woman serving time in the Cass County Jail, was charged Friday with three felony charges of Possession with Intent to Deliver Hydrocodone (C Felonies); three felony counts of Failure to Affix Drug Tax Stamp (D Felonies); and one felony count of Ongoing Criminal Conduct (B Felony). 71-year old Arma Re Roby later posted a $10,000 bond.

And, 35-year old Joseph Lee Howell, of Atlantic, was arrested by Cass County Deputies Friday, on a District Court warrant for Probation Violation. Howell was taken to the Cass County Jail where he remained held without bond.
