SHIRLEY WELKER, 68, of Harlan died Saturday, February 16th at Myrtue Medical Center in Harlan.  Mass of Christian Burial for SHIRLEY WELKER will be held on Monday, February 25th at 11:00 am in the St. Michael’s Catholic Church in Harlan.  Pauley-Jones Funeral Home in Harlan has the arrangements.

Burial in the Harlan Cemetery.
