JANET RUTLEDGE, 79, of Ankeny (formerly of the Massena area), died Wednesday, Dec. 19th, at her home in Ankeny. Celebration of Life services for JANET RUTLEDGE will be held 11-a.m. Saturday, January 5, 2019, at the Steen Funeral Home in Massena.

A luncheon, with family visitation, will be held at the St. Patrick’s Catholic Church in Massena immediately following the service at the funeral home. Online condolences may be left at www.steenfunerals.com.

Burial will be in the Victoria Township Cemetery in Massena, at a later date.

Memorials may be directed to the Janet Rutledge memorial fund to be established by the family at a later date.

Her sons – David (Karen) Rutledge, of Estherville; Dale (Chris) Rutledge, of Lisbon; Don Rutledge, of Aptos, CA; and John Rutledge, JR (& wife Kay, of Kansas City, MO.

Her daughters – Denise (Michael) Woolsey, of Ankeny; and Dianne (Bernie) Roberts, of Corning.

Her sister – Kathy (Doug) Denham, of Ankeny.

17 grandchildren, 17-great-grandchildren, her sister-in-law, other relatives and friends.
