2 arrested in Creston, Thursday

Police in Creston arrested one person on drug charges, another on warrants, Thursday. Just after 8-a.m., 47-year old Justin Paul Dunleavy, of Swanzey, NH, was arrested at the Rodeway Inn, in Creston, for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Possession of a Controlled Substance/Marijuana-1st offense, and Possession of Meth/1st offense. Dunleavy was later released on a $2,300 cash or surety bond. And, a little before 5:30-p.m., Thursday, Richard James Kaster (address unknown) was arrested in Creston on two outside warrants, and one Union County warrant. Kaster was being held without bond in the Union County Jail, until seen by the judge.
