KATHLEEN R. FLAIR, 70, of Harlan, died Aug. 21st, at her brother’s home, in Atlantic. A visitation for KATHLEEN FLAIR will be held from 1-until 3-p.m. Sunday, Sept. 9th, at the Hockenberry Family Care Funeral Home, in Atlantic.
