PHIL CHINITZ, 86, of Atlantic, died Sunday, Aug. 19th, at the Heritage House, in Atlantic. A Prayer service for PHIL CHINITZ will be held 1-p.m. Friday, Aug. 24th, at the Roland Funeral Home, in Atlantic.
