The Cass County Sheriff’s Office reports 18-year old Jordyn Lynette-Kay Hill, of Atlantic, turned herself to the jail Tuesday on a Cass County Sheriff’s Office warrant for six counts of Burglary of a Motor Vehicle and one count of Theft 3rd Degree. Two minors were also charged in Juvenile Court: a 16 year old male with three counts of Burglary of a Motor Vehicle and one count of Theft 4th Degree; and a 17 year old female with six counts of Burglary of a Motor Vehicle and Theft 3rd Degree. Hill was booked at the Cass County Jail and later released on $2,000 bond.

Also arrested Tuesday, was a 16 year old male, on charges of Operating a Motor Vehicle without Permission, and Possession of Marijuana 1st Offense). The juvenile was taken to Juvenile Detention in Council Bluffs and remained there as of the latest report. On Wednesday, Cass County Deputies arrested 35-year old Nicole Marie Wagner, of Atlantic, on a Pottawattamie County warrant. Wagner was taken into custody and bonded out on the warrant, Thursday. 32-year old Jason George Massman, of Clermont, was arrested Wednesday in Cass County, on a felony Drug Tax Stamp Violation charge, as well as: Possession with Intent to Deliver Tramadol; OWI 2nd Offense; Unlawful Possession of a Prescription Drug; and Possession of Marijuana 1st Offense. Massman was taken to the Cass County Jail and later released on $10,000 bond.

Thursday, Cass County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested 26-year old Destiny Jo Fuller, of Griswold, on a charge of Driving While Barred. Fuller was taken to the Cass County Jail and released today (Friday), on her own recognizance.
