DON THOMPSON, 87, of Greenfield, died Friday, May 25th, at the Adair County Memorial Hospital in Greenfield. Graveside services for DON THOMPSON will be held 2-p.m.Tuesday, May 29th, at the Greenfield Cemetery with full military graveside rites by the Greenfield American Legion Head-Endres Post No. 265 and V.F.W. Post No. 5357. Steen Funeral Home in Greenfield is in charge of the arrangements.

The family would like to invite everyone to the Greenfield United Methodist Church following the graveside services for a luncheon.

Memorials may be directed to the Don Thompson memorial fund to be established by the family.

His wife – Joan Thompson, of Greenfield.

His children – Bob (Janelle) Shatava, of Marshalltown; Tom (Lorraine) Shatava, of Grimes; Becky (Ted) Wallace, of Greenfield; Steve (Pam) Thompson, of Greenfield and Pat Shatava, of Clarinda.

His brother – Gene “Pat” Thompson, of Fontanelle.

His sister – Diana Thompson, of Greenfield

15 grandchidlren; 40 great grandchildren; other relatives and friends.
