3 arrests in Mills County in same neighborhood

Three people living in the same neighborhood, were arrested Wednesday, in Mills County. Sheriff’s officials reports 29-year old Damingo Dupree Burks, of Omaha, NE was arrested at around 9:10-p.m. for being a Felon in Control of Firearm, Carrying a Weapon, Assault and for No Valid Driver’s License. His bond was set at $7,300.

Two houses away, and at around 9-p.m., Wednesday, 30-year old Tammi Lynn Kopiasz, of Omaha, was arrested for Interference with Official Acts and Disorderly by Loud and Raucous Noise. Her bond was set at $600. At that same location and at around 10-p.m., 26-year old Michael Xavier Simpson, of Omaha, NE  was arrested for Felon in Possession of Firearm, and Fugitive From Justice. His bond on the Felon in Possession charges was set at $5,000, and he was being held in the Mills County Jail without bond, on the Fugitive charge.
