PHIL HARRIS, an Atlantic native, has died. You are invited to a Celebration of Life for PHIL HARRIS, the son of Ken and Marie Harris, on Sunday, Jan. 28th, from Noon until 2-p.m.  A gathering of friends and family will be held at the Armory Building in Atlantic (2nd & Poplar Streets).
