JoANN MARIE JACOBSEN, 71, of Avoca died Saturday, January 20th at Westmont Care Center in Logan. Memorial services for JoANN MARIE JACOBSEN will be held Thursday, January 25th at 2:00pm at United Lutheran Church in Shelby. Pauley-Jones Funeral Home in Avoca has the arrangements.

Inurnment will be in the Shelby Cemetery at a later date.
