VICTORIA “VICKY” ANN KOHLES, 58, of Defiance, died Monday, Dec. 25th, at Myrtue Medical Center in Harlan. A Mass of Christian Burial for VICKY KOHLES will be held 10:30-a.m. Friday, Dec. 29th, at St. Michael’s Catholic Church, in Harlan. Pauley-Jones Funeral Home in Harlan has the arrangements.

Visitation at the funeral home is on Thursday, Dec. 28th, from 5-until 8-p.m., with a Rosary at 7-p.m.

Burial will be in the St. Joseph’s Cemetery at Earling.

Her father – Robert Mertens, of Fonda.

Her husband – Jack Kohles, of Defiance.

Her sons – Stewart (Morgan) Anderson, of Fonda & Bob (Athena) ANderson, of West Des Moines.

Her sisters – Jennifer (Richard) Hein, of Fremont, NE., & Cindy (Roger) Dirks, of Fonda.

and 4 grandchildren.
