Red Oak Police report 19-year old Tyler Austin Sowers, of Red Oak, was arrested today (Monday), on a Montgomery County warrant for Failure to Appear on a previous charge of Public Intoxication. Sowers was taken into custody at around 9:30-a.m. and brought to the Montgomery County Jail, where his cash bond was set at $1,000.
