An Amber Alert was issued in Iowa this (Monday) afternoon, for the abduction from the Denison Area, of a 12-year old Caucasian female by a 13-year old Caucasian male. The girl was identified as Beyonce Carrasco, 5-feet 8-inches tall, weight 82 pounds. She has black hair and brown eyes, and was last known to be wearing gray, UnderArmor shorts and a dark gray Monarch shirt or blouse. She has a mole on her nose.

The suspected abductor is 13-year old Rodolfo Penaflor, Jr., who is 5-feet 4-inches tall and weighs 110 pounds. He also has black hair and brown eyes. They are believed to be traveling in a white 2016 Nissan Sentra with Iowa license plates EYB982.
