Emergency personnel are on the scene of a semi tractor-trailer rollover this morning about a mile west of Adair.  The accident happened near the 75-mile marker on Interstate 80. Dispatch reports indicated the tractor and trailer came to rest in a ravine, with the cab underneath the trailer. The Iowa DOT reports the eastbound ramp is currently blocked due to the crash.
