Harlan P-D report (9/5) – 2 arrested on drug charges

Officials with the Harlan Police Department, Tuesday (today), released a report on arrests over the past week. On August 29th, 63-year old Alan David Graham, of Avoca, was arrested following a traffic stop in the 400 block of Broadway.  Graham was transported to the Shelby County Jail where he was charged with possession of a controlled substance, unlawful possession of a prescription drug, prohibited acts penalties, and possession of drug paraphernalia.

On August 30th, 37-year old Daniel Harvey Pash, of Harlan, was arrested following an investigation.  Pash was transported to the Shelby County Jail where he was charged with four counts of forgery, two counts of possession of a controlled substance, and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Last Thursday, (August 31st), 40-year old Clinton John Gardner, of Oakland, was arrested after a call for assistance in the 1000 block of Chatburn Avenue.  Gardner was transported to the Shelby County Jail where he was charged with public intoxication.

On Saturday, 27-year old Jeremy David Bias, and 32-year old Neal Lester Hussing, both of Harlan, were arrested after a call about subjects fighting in the 1600 block of Lincoln Avenue.  Bias was transported to the Shelby County Jail where he was charged with disorderly conduct, trespass, public intoxication, and two counts of assault.  Hussing was transported the Shelby County Jail where he was charged with public intoxication and trespass.

And, on Labor Day, 51-year old Jeffrey Allen Rowland, of Harlan, was arrested following a traffic stop at Franklin and Lincoln Avenues.  He was transported to the Shelby County Jail where he was charged with driving while suspended.
