ALFRED PAUL LEINEN, 88, of Earling, died Tuesday, Sept. 12th, at the University of Nebraska Medical Center. A Mass of Christian Burial for ALFRED LEINEN will be held 11-a.m. Monday, Sept. 18th, at St. Joseph’s Catholic Church in Earling. Pauley-Jones Funeral Home in Harlan has the arrangements.

Visitation will be held at St. Joseph’s Catholic Church in Earling on Sunday, Sept. 17th, from 4-until 8-p.m., with a Rosary from 7-to 7:30-p.m.

Burial will be in the St. Joseph’s Cemetery at Earling.

His wife – Joan Leinen, of Earling.

His sons – Alan (Peggy) Leinen, and Rod (Colette) Leinen, all of Kansas City MO.; Chuck (Chris) Leinen, of Omaha; and Jon (Vicki) Leinen, of Denison.

His daughters – Sherry Leinen, of Earling; Diane Hess, of Harlan; Ann (Tim) Graeve, of Manilla; Brenda (Pat) Kloewer, of Defiance; and Lori (Ray) Brotherton, of Denison.

His sister – LaVina Schwarte Blum, of Dunlap.
