Fremont County Sheriff Kevin Aistrope reports an investigation into an alleged sexual assault resulted in an arrest, Wednesday. 74-year old David Dyke, of Shenandoah, was taken into custody for Sexual Assault and Burglary in the 1st Degree. Dyke was transported to the Fremont County Law Enforcement Center, where he was being held without bond while awaiting an appearance before the magistrate.
