Police in Red Oak, Saturday evening, arrested a man for Criminal Mischief in the 4th Degree. 51-year old Russell Lee Peterson, of Red Oak, was taken into custody at around 7:10-p.m. in the 200 block of N. 2nd Street and transported him to the Montgomery County Jail, where Peterson’s cash bond was set at $1,000.
