DEBRA ELIZABETH BROWN, 51, of Harlan, died Friday, at home. A Celebration of Life service for DEBRA BROWN will be held from 2-until 5-p.m. Tuesday, June 6th, at the Pauley-Jones Funeral Home in Harlan.
