WILLIAM “BILL” JAMES WAGGONER, JR., 80 of Oakland, died Tuesday, May 16th at home. A Celebration of Life Memorial Service for BILL WAGGONER will be held Friday, May 19, 2017 at 10:30 A.M. at the Carson United Methodist Church in Carson. Rieken Vieth Funeral Home in Oakland is in charge of arrangements.

The family will greet friends on Friday morning from 9:00 A.M. until time of the Memorial Service at the Carson United Methodist Church.

His wife – Cheryl Waggoner, of Oakland.

His children: Bill Jr. and wife Mary Waggoner of Oakland; Vicky (Waggoner) Mumm and significant other Doug Mumm both of Woodbine; Ronnie and wife Karla Waggoner of Denver, Colorado.

His niece that was like a daughter to him – Anne and husband Chuck Wernett of Marion, Iowa.

3 grandchildren; 6 great grandchildren; other relatives and friends.
