TODD RANDALL KAY, 57, of Council Bluffs died Monday, January 23rd at Creighton University Medical Center.  Graveside services for TODD RANDALL KAY will be held at a later date in the Harlan Cemetery.  Pauley-Jones Funeral Home in Harlan has the arrangements.
