KENNETH BLAZEK, 82, of Orient, died Wednesday, January 18th,  at the Adair County Memorial Hospital in Greenfield.  Funeral and Masonic services for KENNETH BLAZEK will be held 10:30-a.m. Monday, Jan. 23rd, at the Orient United Methodist Church, with the Masonic Circle Lodge No. 555 of Prescott conducting the Masonic Services. Steen Funeral Home in Greenfield has the arrangements.

Friends may call at the Steen Funeral Home in Greenfield on Sunday, January 22nd, from 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m., with the family greeting friends from 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m., Sunday. Online condolences may be left to the family at www.steenfunerals.com.

Burial will be in the Greenfield Cemetery. A luncheon will be held at the Orient United Methodist Church following the committal services at the cemetery.

Memorials may be directed to the Kenneth Blazek memorial fund to be established by the family at a later date.

His brother – Vern.
