RICHARD A. DeWITT, 60, of Shenandoah (formerly of Griswold and Red Oak) died Wednesday, November 2 at the Garden View Care Center in Shenandoah. No Services are planned following cremation for RICHARD A. DeWITT. Hackett-Livingston Funeral Home in Shenandoah is handling the arrangements.
