RITA ISABEL CLAUSSEN, 87, of Harlan, died Saturday, Oct. 8th, at Myrtue Medical Center, in Harlan. Funeral services for RITA CLAUSSEN will be held 11-a.m. Thu., Oct. 13th, at St. Michael’s Catholic Church in Harlan. Pauley-Jones Funeral Home in Harlan has the arrangements.

Friends may call at the funeral home on Wed., Oct. 12th, from 5-until 8-p.m., with a Prayer service at 7-p.m.

Burial will be in the Harlan Cemetery.

RITA CLAUSSEN is survived by:

Her husband – Jack Claussen, of Harlan.

Her sons – Jeff Claussen, of Council Bluffs; John Claussen, of Des Moines; Jim Claussen, and Tom Claussen, both of Harlan; and Jay Claussen, of Kansas City, MO.

Her daughters – Jackie (Garlyn) Major, and Liz (Mark) McKeever, all of Council Bluffs; and Kathy Claussen, of Boynton Beach, Fl.

Her brother – Wilfred (JoAnn) Weihs, of Harlan.

Her sister – JoAnn (Mike) Kostanecki, of Boise, ID.
